For many, working through trauma requires support. We offer a safe space to work through trauma inflicted on you from the past or present. We work with clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. There are a variety of ways to treat clients who have suffered from trauma. We use the following modalities: talk therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and attachment-focused trauma work.
